Budget 2024-25
According to the Kulanada Grama Panchayat Budget for the financial year 2024–25, the opening balance is ₹50.53 lakh. The Panchayat estimates a total income of ₹28.49 crore and a total expenditure of ₹28.49 crore. The projected revenue includes ₹1.08 crore from taxes, ₹89.56 lakh from non-tax sources, ₹1.98 crore from own-source funds, and ₹1.65 crore from the General Purpose Fund. In addition, ₹16.12 crore is expected through various plan grants, ₹6.60 crore through non-plan grants, and ₹2.15 crore as capital receipts.
On the expenditure side, ₹2.69 crore has been allocated for mandatory services and administrative functions, ₹17.06 crore for development projects and welfare activities, ₹6.60 crore for non-plan expenditure, and ₹2.15 crore for capital expenditure. After accounting for all receipts and expenditures, the Panchayat expects to close the financial year 2024–25 with a balance of ₹50.03 lakh.
